Design/Build Services

Springtime has worked closely with commercial clients and a variety of property managers to provide design and construction services to enhance the landscape of the facilities used for professional office space, warehouse and small businesses. Our staff understands the opportunities and constraints that are intrinsic with commercial accounts and we pride ourselves on delivering the most attractive surroundings without compromising the functionality of the facility. Our team has completed design/build services for building owners and property managers and has also provided construction services for other designs that have been previously completed. In addition to providing design and construction for new facilities, our team has also completed refurbishment projects for landscapes that have fallen into disrepair or neglect. We work closely with the tenants of those facilities to allow for safe and unimpeded access during the work day and after hours that won’t affect daily business operations.

Springtime staff works closely with our project partners in clearly identifying project parameters, budgets and timelines. Our senior staff’s experience provides our project partners a landscape contractor with a thorough understanding of the importance of the complexities that are inherent in successfully completing a commercial project. As one of the larger landscape contractors in central Oregon, Springtime has the personnel, resources and equipment to complete projects that vary in size and scope. We also offer maintenance assistance for our clients to ensure the long-term viability of their investment and to guarantee that the landscape will provide the desired aesthetic for years to come.
